Ways to Complain Less and Be Happier =)

Hello, it is me, well if you know who I am, but okay. So today I have been complaining a lot about my neighbors bunnies. Why because their bunnies always come over to eat my parents lawn. Later I talked to my mom about the complain that I have. After a minute passed I felt an improvement in my feels. Which I will tell you in a few moments, so keep on reading my blog because I will explain some ways to complain less and be happier.

Here are some tips to stop complaining and leave the negative thoughts do you can focus more on finding solutions. One way could be by practicing yoga. “Yoga is a great way to exercise, relax, and learn…” My health teacher said once that yoga focuses on breathing, movement, and, meditation. Which really helps because  I tried  it and I felt fresh, because yoga calms our thoughts.

Another way to complain less, is to make a list of things that you are grateful for. The way that you do it is by “stopping for a minute and thinking of all the great things and amazing people in your life will probably put any silly complaints  you had to rest”, it really helps. Also by accepting resposibilities may help, so if something is bothering you do something. Such as either fix it or accept that nothing can be done right now, so why complain? Also, “Change that complaining into action to solve the problem…”

Finding what makes you happy is another solution to get happy. Many friends of mine have found their ways to be happier. One of my friends just thought about  some memories and fun times we had in middle school because she was complaining that “why couldn’t I go to the high school where she was going?” Then , that was when I told her to think some of the memories, that was when she calmed down. I just feel so happy now, so if you need help find your councelor in the school, or you can talk with your doctor, maybe you can do exercise, it helps me to play soccer and practice swimming.  So if you want to learn some of the ways to complain less and be happier, go to tinybuddha.com/blog/10-ways-to-complain-less-and-be-happier/.

Sugars andEffects of Fast Food

Today’s blog will be about, effects on fast food. YUMMY!!! When was the last time you ate a food? I bet you that you seconds, I always get seconds.  Why? It is because my parents put care, and love, that is what makes me, want to get seconds. So, now you will learn how fast food effects our body. If you will, please read everything because I want you wonderfull people to learn more.

Did you know that ” According to the food institutes analysis of data from Bureau of Labor Statistics, millennials alone spend 44% of their budget’s food dollars on eating out”. Now forty years ago, American family’s spend half their budget on restaurant food, (fast food). Now, In 1977, just under 38% of family food budget were spent eating outside of home. This is just is 1977 but imagine what porcentage is in this 2017. Go to www.healthline.com/health/fast-food-effects-on-body.

Did you also know that almost every fast food meals have added sugar. This does not only mean extra calories but also very little nutrition. “Mayor source of added sugars, candy, cakes, cookies, pies, and fruit drinks…” Also diary and milk products such as ice creams, sweetened yogurt, and sweetened milk: and grains cinnamon toast and honey-nut waffles, all of this food and  desserts contain a lot a sugar.

“In 2015, food and drink sales in the United States restaurant industry reached 745.61 billion U.S. dollars.” Americans who visit quick service restaurants once a week is 20%, such Mc. Donald’s and Subway. Also In July 2017, the U.S. restaurant industry received an index score of 100.6. Go to www.statista.com/topics/1957eating-out-behaivor-in-the-us/.

Do you know that you, amazing people consume more sugar than you realize. Also that more sugar can lead extra pounds or even obesity, and it also reduces heart health. Isn’t it amazing to know that there are only four calories in one gram, but it is not good to eat more that a gram of sugar. So lets say a candy bar has a twenty grams of sugar per serving, so that makes eighty calories just from the sugar. This actually surprises me because I thought that grams meant something else.

“The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends limiting the amount of added sugars you consume to no more than half of your daily calories allowance.” For the most American women, that’s no more than one-hundred calories per day or about six teaspoons of sugar. For men’s, it’s one-hundred-fifty calories per day, or nine teaspoons. If you want to learn more about sugar and effects of fast food go to “www.heart.org/HEARTORG/healthliving/HealthyEating/Nutrition/added-sugars-ucm-305858-Artical.jsp#WRn750krK8V.

Health of Reading

“Hello, amazing people”. Did you know that there are 10 benefits why people have to read?  Some of the 10 benefits are improves memory, sharpens writing skills and reduces stress. The also about 130 million books in the world or to be exact there are 129,864,880 million books. You can find out more about how many books there are in the world  by going to “mashable.com/2010/08/05/number-of books in the world/# tBqgOns8mqM”. If you want to find out more of some of the benefits for reading this very important information.

When was the last time you read a book, or for non-book readers out there? Isn’t it amazing that we have been reading since we learned how to read, and you are even reading now. “Reading has become a necessary form of communication and a habit many of as share…” Reading is to the mind what exercise is to body.  Do you want to know what are the top ten benefits of reading? Well here you go.

“Hones critical and analytical skill” : Did you know that people who has read mystery book, and solved them before finishing the book are really smart, also good for solving problems. These people who have read mystery books and solved them are able to put your critical thinking skills to work by taking note of all the details provided and sorting them out to determine. That same ability to analyze details comes in handy when it comes to critiquing the plot, determining wheter it was a well written piece were properly developed. So it help us people to understand English better and write it better.

The second benefit for reading is that it improves our memories. When we read a book, we can remember characters, their backgrounds, ambitions, and his histories. Through every story. It is amazingly enough, every new memory you create forges new synapses (brain pathways) and strengthens existing ones, which assists in short term memory recall. This happens because when we read we sometimes remember what happened in our lives. This is how our memories improve more, so just keep on reading.

Do you want to know how to concentrate more? Studies have shown that in a single five minute span, the average person will divide their time between working on a task checking email, chatting with people, and more. “This type of behavior in which we are constantly distracted causes stress levels to rise and lowers our productivity”. While reading a book however, all of your attention is focused on the story causing the rest  of the world to fall. Which means when you read, you forget all of the bad feelings you had and starting to feel fresh. try reading for 15-20 minutes before work and you’ll be surprised at how much more focused you are once you get to the office.

Reading books can reduce stress a lot. How? So “No matter how much stress you are going through at work…. Reading a good story can help you take your mind off these difficult situation”. A nice novel can help distract you, while an interesting article can slip you mind out of your problems of that present moment. It will also allow you to relax and release any tension, especially if you’re reading a subject you are personally interested in. This is true because this has helped my friend, and family members.

Another benefit is acquiring knowledge, and this can expand our vocabulary, stimulate the minds and more. If you acquire knowledge, everything you read fills your head with new bits of information. Such as vocabulary, sharpen our writing skills, and more. So these were some benefits for reading. If you want to know more go to, www.healthfitnessrevolution.com/top-10-health-benefits-reading/.

REDUCE + REUSE

Today Ms. Lahaise wasn’t here but I noticed that there was some trash on the floor so I started to talk to the trash after that I started to think about trash. Did you know that America makes about 29 pounds of trash per day. Then in one week, we make 1,600 pounds of trash. Later in one year we make approximately 254 million tons of garbage. Go to www.wisegeek.org you will be able to find more information there.

Did you know that the landfills are over filled. This tells us that not many people are reusing. The countries that throw away the most trash are Los Angeles and Texas. The country that throws away the least amount of trash is Wyoming.

Most of the trash that is throw away are food plastic and paper. There is one problem about paper and plastic, we can still reuse and reduce both of these materials but people will not reuse, maybe because they are tired but still.

WOW!!! Did you also know that 32% part of New York trash is 32% of Ohio. Then 34.3% is the amount of garbage that Americans are now recycling yearly. Recycling and composting prevented 87.2 tons of material from being disposed in 2013…. Also star bucks cups are not for recycling  which means 4 billion cups go to landfills… 10 tons, or less, the amount of landfills wastes per person in Idaho, North Dakota and  Connecticut. Search it up on treehugger.com enjoy the information. =)

What people can do to help would be by starting clubs, activities so we could keep mother nature clean and from harm. We can also spread out the word to friends and family so it could be easier to keep Earth clean. Hopefully you learned and had a fun time reading this. So please, keep trash off the ground and spread the word.

THANK YOU  =)
